The Importance Of Sleep In Human Life

To sleep 8 hours is to live a 2/3 of real and healthy life. 8 hours a day is not losing third of your day but it is to win the rest 2/3 of it.

Good and comfortable sleep is a vital and necessary condition for the brain to rearrange the mess of the whole day.

We may consider the brain as a public library with too many visitors, they start causing chaos while they are in the library studying and researching, sleeping is not only about reorganizing this mess but it’s about learning, growing, and analyzing the activities that happened during the day, which make us become ready for the next day ahead.

Sleep builds a complete usable house out of a shattered pile of bricks, it’s a real constructive procedure that we do every day without even noticing.
